Fammi sapere se ti capita di usare qualche setting, cosi vediamo se funzionano veramente.

Comunque ho deciso, quando esce FM4 mi compro il clubsport pure io...

io l'ho preso giorno 4 dicembre... volante gt2 più pedaliera clubsport, pagato con paypal direttamente dal sito della Fanatec, e ancora non lo hanno nemmeno spedito !!! è assurdo, prima dicevano che lo mandavano entro natale, poi dicevano per i primi di gennaio e propio ieri mi è arrivata la risposta da sta Claudia della Fanatec con scritto "shipping date is later in January".
AZZ !!

Eh non ci stanno dietro con le consegne... anche appena uscito il turboS era un casino...

Raga, se mi postate le istruzioni in Italiano guarderò di settarlo anch'io.

Ultimamente mi sta peso l'Inglese e non ho neppure scaricato il manuale Fanatec dal sito.
Basta! Che facciano le istruzioni anche in Italiano, se vogliono vendere roba in ITALIA!
Dovrebbero fare una legge che obblighi al produttore/commerciante di prevedere ogni
particolare delle descrizioni e spiegazioni di qualunque oggetto, tradotto nella lingua
dove lo stesso andrà venduto.
Altrimenti, frontiere CHIUSE!!!

Dovrei mandare questa missiva alla Fanaterc qualcuno me la può tradurre:

"Salve ho un vostro volante acquistato in novembre.

Il suddetto volante ha alcuni problemi:
1- Alle volte o frequentemente (dipende) scala da solo 1 o 2 marce, ho continua a scalare finche non trova la retro con conseguente testacoda.
2- La sterzata non è fluida e come se girasse su dei denti, è difficile da spiegare.
E come se lo sterzo "saltellasse". Il problema dovrebbe stare nel FF in quanto disattivandolo il "saltellamento" sparisce.

anche se i miei problemi sono difficile da filmare.
Infatti gli shake del volante che si vedono non sò se sono rappresentazioni del "saltellamento" del volante mentre sterzo o altri problemi.

Di nulla......ma una curiosità hai mai provato a fare l'aggiornamente firmaware per la clubsport fammi sapè

Si ho fatto l'aggiornamento alla pedaliera, ma non mi sembra che ci siano grosse differenze.
Puoi comunque caricare diversi set-up per la zona morta del freno mi sembra.

Ma qualcuno ha già avuto a che fare con l'assistenza? Perchè mi chiedevo come fossero i tempi di risposta. Ho mandato la mail 4 gg fà alla fanatec e ancora niente...

so che the wice ha avuto a che fare con l'assistenza, infatti ora ha a casa 2 volanti perchè al posto di ripararglielo gliene hanno mandato uno nuovo.

Oramai è quasi una settimana che ho mandato la mail ma niente.
Se mandingo gentilmente potesse tradurre questo:

"Salve ho spedito una mail 11/01/2011 a nome Malco Massimo con una richiesta di assistenza per un turboS, vorrei sapere se è stata ricevuta ed i tempi di risposta.
Ho acquistato il vs stupendo volante (oltre alla pedaliera club) per partecipare ad un torneo di FM3 che si stà svolgendo in questo periodo ma a causa dei problemi al volante sono costretto a girare con il pad e potete immaginare (dopo aver speso 450€) come possa sentirmi."


Non sò se conviene scrivergli tutte ste cose (è la verità comunque), secondo mè sono talmente persi dal nuovo modello che i turbo S sono passati in secondo piano, però io cosa ne posso?

comunque faranno anche gran bei prodotti, ma hanno ancora tanta strada da fare per quanto riguarda i rapporti con i clienti in genere. Ho trovato in un gamestop in città qui da me il Turbo S in offerta a 199 euro e la pedaliera club sport pure lei a 199, per avere il gt2 clubsport che ho pagato i primi di dicembre 528 euro (spedizioni comprese) dovrò aspettare fino a fine febbraio.. quasi quasi disdico l'ordine, mi faccio rimborsare e mi prendo il turbo s.. qualche parere/consiglio a riguardo ?? grazie !!
